Partner für Berlin Holding Gesellschaft für Hauptstadt-Marketing mbH, Fasanenstrasse 85, 10623 Berlin, hereinafter referred to as Partner für Berlin, is giving away the items listed on the Instagram page (www.instagram.com/wirberlin). By participating in the competition, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation and responsibility for the content.

You can win 4x two day tickets for the Zoo Berlin,

2. How can you win?

You can enter the competition by finding the correct number of animals hidden in the instagram post on @wirberlin on the 14th of April 2024. Participants must comment the correct number of animals hidden under the post.

3. Over what period will the competition be held?

The competition starts after the publication of the post on the 14th of April 2024 and ends on the 19th of April at midnight.

4. Who can participate?

Participation is free of charge and is open to any natural person over the age of 14. 

5. How are the winner determined?

The winner will be selected by Berlin Partner from all participants in an independent random selection procedure.

6. How do I find out if I have won?

Notification of winning will be done by contacting the participants who have won by the community management team of @wirberlin via direct message on Instagram.

7. How do I get my prize?

Participants who have won will be asked to reply to the winner notification via message and provide the full name and email address to which the tickets are to be sent in the form of online codes. 

8. What happens if I do not register after receiving notification of the prize?

If the participants who have won do not get back to @wirberlin by direct message within 2 working days (valid from the date of sending the winner notification by the community management of wir.berlin), Partner für Berlin reserves the right to determine new participants from the group of eligible winners. The participants drawn first are no longer entitled to the prize after this period has expired.   

9. Reservation clause

Partner für Berlin reserves the right to modify, interrupt or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, Partner für Berlin will only make use of this option if, for reasons of force majeure, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, a proper implementation of the competition cannot be guaranteed. Partner für Berlin is not liable for any loss, cancellation or delay caused by circumstances beyond our area of responsibility. In justified cases, the prize can be replaced by prizes of equal value.

10. Privacy policy

Your safety and satisfaction are the focus. Berlin Partner saves and uses the data collected exclusively for carrying out the competition. After the competition has ended, all data will be deleted. Further information on privacy can be found at https://www.berlin-partner.de/datenschutz/. 

11. Miscellaneous

The prize cannot be paid out in cash. Entitlement to prizes cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person. Legal action is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected. In their place, an appropriate regulation will be used, which corresponds most closely to the purpose of the ineffective provision. Partner für Berlin reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
